Client called with sewage backup. Camera inspection revealed root intrusion was causing the backup. We used the pipe descaling machine to cut up the roots to restore flow to the line.

Customer had her main line snaked 3 times and continued to experience back ups. She requested hydrojetting service and we arrived and cleared the stubborn clog that her line was experiencing as well as uncovered that her main line contains many more curves and fittings that are not helping the flow of sanitary waste away from her home.

The customer called to have us clear a main line that was backing up due to a root intrusion serving an apartment building.

A concrete plant called us because the line to their reclaimed/recycled water was struggling to drain. The nearly 500-foot line had never been cleared in their over 40 years of operation. The line was filled with slurry, silica, and other hardened materials. We descaled portions of the pipe to open the lines sufficiently for hydro jetting and restored flow. We performed a camera inspection of the line to ensure blockages were cleared. We recommended regular preventive maintenance to avoid this in the future, which would shut down portions of their plant and halt efficient operation.
