Drain Connection

The customer called to have us clear a main line that was backing up due to a root intrusion serving an apartment building.

A concrete plant called us because the line to their reclaimed/recycled water was struggling to drain. The nearly 500-foot line had never been cleared in their over 40 years of operation. The line was filled with slurry, silica, and other hardened materials. We descaled portions of the pipe to open the lines sufficiently for hydro jetting and restored flow. We performed a camera inspection of the line to ensure blockages were cleared. We recommended regular preventive maintenance to avoid this in the future, which would shut down portions of their plant and halt efficient operation.

Our team performed a camera inspection on a drain line in an area where a sinkhole was forming. The inspection revealed a large buildup of sludge caused by a section of pipe with improper slope, allowing water to sit and accumulate debris over time. To address this, we used our sewer jetting equipment to clear the sludge and thoroughly check the pipe connections. Based on our findings, we suspect the issue is originating at the connection to the oil separation tank, which appears to be the source of the sinkhole problem. We'll be back for the dig up soon.

New tenant construction. Client called us to hydrojet and provide a camera inspection on the lines they inherited before connection to new plumbing lines.

Customer called Drain Connection to inspect all drains and floor sinks after construction. We encountered one drain with a grout blockage. Cleared it and hydro jetted to flush any residual out.

A huge commercial client undergoing a remodel contacted us to descale urinals and hydro jet lines from the furthest point on the interior of the store to the city main.
