Dr. Dent, and his PA Kristen, are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Dent stays current with technology and new medications and Kristen is so bright and will share a wealth of information on anything in her profession. They have treated me for sinus, allergy and thyroid issues and hearing loss. The audiologist, Linda, fitted me for a hearing aid which I was a little embarrassed about because I’m only 51. She worked with me patiently to find the right settings on the hearing aid and explained the science behind how the aids work. The office is filled with health care providers and staff who care and are eager to help answer questions and go above and beyond. I had a biopsy in his office today and he explained the process thoroughly and was extremely gentle. Lilly was assisting him during the procedure and they communicated well and had mutual respect for each other. Dr. Dent is a very smart and thoughtful doctor with a great bedside manner and you can be confident you are in capable hands in this office. I highly recommend San Diego ENT.

The office is extremely nice and comfortable with a large waiting area and nice staff to assist. The doctor was right on schedule and the procedure was explained to me in detail and I felt very relaxed and comfortable with the way it was handled. I was escorted back to the check out room and received a further explanation as to the charges to my medical insurance. I would definately recommend them if you have issues with the E, N, or T.

Outstanding!!!! The staff are great, the assistants are great and Dr Dent is great. I have a PPO which means I can go to any Doctor. In my case, I had an ear problem. I called Health Net and got a list of 11 doctors in my area. (Dr Dent was not on that list). I went to all 11 and the earliest appointment was in four weeks. This was not acceptable, as I couldn’t hear very well, about 10% of normal. Very disheartened, I went to my Mother’s ENT, Dr Dent, and they were able to see me the same day paying cash (they are not covered by Health Net). They did a fantastic job, my ear infection is now under control, and I can hear again. It would have been way worse if I had waited four weeks and the price paying cash was very reasonable. I can’t be more happy with whom ever hired the staff and the Doctor himself. Thank you for restoring

I was hesitant to go here because of a doctors rating :/ I had the most pleasant appointment with all the staff there! From the receptionist to the Dr. !! Don’t always believe what you read! Go see for yourself. If need be I will definitely go there again! :)

They were awesome. Highly recommend them. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff listened to my concerns and followed up with them. I have had congestion for years and negative pressure in my ears. In the course of a few weeks they fixed that. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you need an ENT, go here.
