Always friendly, very helpful receptionist staff. Excellent care for my hearing loss needs and followup with my parathyroid health. I will never again go to another ENT office. Dr. Dent is a very caring, knowledgeable, and skilled specialist and surgeon. Always the best of care.

I so much appreciate the fact that it is a small office with very attentive personnel. The receptionists were efficient, the wait time was not very long, and the nurse who checked me in was punctual. I loved Kristen who actually did the exam and explained everything thoroughly. This was a great experience!

I’ve been going to San Diego ENT since 2018. I’ve always received excellent care from the doctors, the physician assistant and audiologists. The front desk staff is always professional and friendly. Wait time is minimal. The office lobby and patient rooms are spacious and clean. I vetted this office 7 years ago when I moved to the area and this staff’s services have remained at an excellent level all these years. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I've been a patient of Dr Dent for many years and he is wonderful. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing (if doing a procedure like an ultrasound) and sharing results and prognosis in a way that ensures that I understand. And the staff is equally as pleasant and professional and proficient. Highly recommend.
