The staff at San Diego ENT were professional, kind and efficient. The office was able to see my son last minute and I was so thankful because Dr. Dent was able to ease my mind. Overall for my first experience we were highly satisfied.

He always takes the time to explain what he is doing (if doing a procedure like an ultrasound) and sharing results and prognosis in a way that ensures that I understand. And the staff is equally as pleasant and professional and proficient. Highly recommend.

I so much appreciate the fact that it is a small office with very attentive personnel. The receptionists were efficient, the wait time was not very long, and the nurse who checked me in was punctual. I loved Kristen who actually did the exam and explained everything thoroughly. This was a great experience!
