Cal Prestige Construction and Restoration

When we had sudden water damage we called to have Cal Prestige come in and assess and clean up the initial damage. They ended up staying on and doing a complete restoration and offered some upgrade options while rebuilding. I felt comfortable and secure knowing my house was being put back even better than we had before. They helped us dealing with the insurance and were always a phone call or text away. It felt like having a friend helping and not a faceless business, everything done with care and respect while keeping us in the loop every step of the way. It’s hard to find local, honest, hard working companies that show the amount of care and compassion they did these days, so I would definitely recommend Cal Prestige for any restoration or remodeling.

Edgar handled our claim with proficiency and expediency. Our condo unit was flooded when the condo above’s deck overflowed from heavy rains. Water came through the ceiling and even reached the condo unit below us. We needed to replace the ceiling, insulation drywall flooring etc. They handled everything with each tradesman and reviewed the job with us every step of the way. They kept the insurance company apprised of their progress even though this was a third party liability claim. Our condo came out beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better job. Highly recommend this company.

Andres and his team at Cal Prestige did such a great job with our drywall repair in our bedroom. We had an issue with the roof that caused a leak which damaged the drywall in front of our closet and our ceiling. After a weekend of water mitigation to dry the area, they started and finished the job in only 2 days even though we were quoted at maybe a week or two. Andres came each day to assess the situation and give us updates on where we were at, great communication from a project manager on the job. I also appreciated the fact that they paid down sheets on our carpet to protect as previous contractors failed to do this (it's the little things). The repairs look brand new and they also helped with a couple other repairs unassociated with this issue which we greatly appreciated. I'll definitely use them again for any future repairs to our house as time is important and they definitely valued our time to get us back in our house good as new and quickly.

Edgar and his team do excellent work. I worked with them for a fairly long time as my project was a slab leak and the whole downstairs of my home had to be ripped up and redone. I was confused about flooring and cabinets and his staff gave me excellent recommendations. During the project, my husband passed away unexpectedly, and they were a tremendous help in ordering appliances and helping me during this difficult time in my life.
He's very trustworthy. If he tells you, it's going to be done at a certain time, it will get done. I'm just so lucky to have found them.

We recently had an emergency water leakage in our kitchen that flooded into our living room. I called Cal Prestige for help. Edgar and his workers were there within 30 min and started the cleanup. They are now taking care of the mitigation with our insurance company and walking us through the whole process. Cal Prestige has been prompt, professional, and honest through this whole process.
